1. The service
Norden Core provides software that automates trade execution in your own brokerage account based on settings you choose. We are a technology provider. We don't hold your funds and we don't give personalised financial advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live), reside in Canada or Australia, and hold an account with a supported regulated broker.
3. Your account
- Keep your login details private and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.
- Provide accurate information, including for identity verification.
- You're responsible for the strategies and risk settings you enable.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly at a flat fee shown before you subscribe. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't charge commissions or performance fees.
5. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the platform, resell access, use it for market manipulation, or break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. No guarantees
Markets are unpredictable. We don't guarantee profits, uptime, or that any strategy will perform as it did in testing. See our risk disclaimer for more.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Norden Core isn't liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or outages caused by brokers, exchanges or internet providers. Nothing here removes rights you have under Canadian or Australian consumer law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada for Canadian users and New South Wales, Australia for Australian users.
